Certified welders with experienced in both stick and mig welding. The ability to read engineered drawings is a must. Responsibilities include: fitting and joining, fabricating, and repairing metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques in accordance with product specifications and drawings meeting production schedules.
When using a wire rope hoist, check the wire on the drum. Don’t let it get out of the grooves and pile upon itself.
Periodically read the crane manual and review the rules of use.
